A Significant Weather Advisory has been issued for Macon, Lowndes, Elmore, Bullock, Southeastern Autauga, Northwestern Lee, Montgomery, Chambers, Central Tallapoosa, & Southeastern Dallas until 12:00 AM CDT. A line of strong thunderstorms were located near Veasley Creek to Pintlala to near Lowdnes County Airport, and was moving east at 40 MPH. Gusty winds of 40 MPH or greater could be possible with this storm. Locations in the path of this storm are listed below. Please seek shelter immediately.

AT 1059 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG
A LINE EXTENDING FROM VEASEY CREEK PARK TO PINTLALA TO 6 MILES WEST
OF LOWNDES COUNTY AIRPORT. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 40 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
