Race Weekend Preview

| October 15, 2016 @ 4:32 pm

Early indications suggest that race weekend at Talladega could start off wet, and end up with a cool, dry day Sunday (October 23).

Global model data suggests a good chance of badly needed rain on Friday…

So, Friday should feature periods of rain with a cloudy sky and a high in the low 70s.

Then, as drier air returns expect a cool day Saturday with a clearing sky along with a high in the 60-65 degree range. And, for now, Sunday promises to be mostly sunny with a high in the mid 60s. Early morning lows should be in the 40s at Talladega.

Needless to say, this could change as we get closer… stay tuned.
