Heads Up Jefferson County

| January 22, 2017 @ 12:25 am

A severe thunderstorm warning is currently in effect for Tuscaloosa County, and the storm that caused the issuance will be entering Jefferson County within the next few minutes. There is a good chance that the warning will not be reissued for Jefferson County as it looks like the storm has weakened some, but lots of lightning and winds up to 45 MPH will be possible. This storm is also producing torrential rainfall. Currently, there are no other severe storms in Central Alabama.
