Strong Storm Approaching Prattville, Millbrook and Wetumpka

A strong storm has formed near Selma tonight, with heavy rain and lightning. It also contains gusty winds.

Those winds could reach 30-40 mph. Winds at about 3500 feet are blowing at 45-55 knots, which is over 50 mph to near 65 mph.

It is moving east northeast and will pass near Autaugaville, Prattville, Millbrook and Elmore before moving toward Wetumpka.

It will also reduce visibilities on I-65 between Verbena and the north side of Montgomery.
