Descendants of the Movement: Eyewitnesses to Civil Rights History

History often focuses on children of the movement — youngsters who were active participants in the fight for civil rights. But there were other young people who played a part in that history, as well — descendants of the movement, those who witnessed their parents or relatives fight to end segregation.
