A shallow moist airmass covers Alabama tonight. Dewpoints are in the upper 50s. Temperatures have fallen to around 60F, so fog is a definitely posisbility in areas where skies are clear and winds have gone calm.

The visibility at Columbus MS is down to 3/4 of a mile. Gadsden is down to 2 miles.

Low clouds are working in from the east from Georgia and will overspread eastern sections overnight.

But once the clouds and fog burn off in the morning, get ready for perfection. With a good supply pf sunshine, highs will warm into the middle and upper 70s, near record territory for Central Alabama.

A bunch of records may fall on Friday, all signified by white circles with the expected highs.
