Improving Weather Today

| May 13, 2017 @ 1:46 pm

Drier air is working into the state this afternoon and we are seeing a mix of sun and clouds, and the sky will continue to clear the rest of today.

There continue to be a few isolated showers drifting south across the state, but these are few and far between and most of us will be staying dry.

Temperatures are mainly in the 70s this afternoon and with the lower humidity levels, it is feeling very comfortable outside this afternoon.

As we head into tonight, the sky will continue to clear and we are going to see temperatures drop into the upper 50s overnight.

FOR TOMORROW: Marvelous weather for Mother’s Day tomorrow; we start the day off in the upper 50s with a mainly clear sky, and we are going to see tons of sun all day long. Temperatures will be warm as highs top out in the mid 80s, but humidity levels will be low, meaning it will be comfortable.

IT’S HERE! The Regions Tradition is returning to Greystone Golf & Country Club May 17-21 and tickets are now on sale. An early look at the weather looks fantastic with stubborn high pressure holding over the area. Come see some of the world’s greatest golfers such as Bernhard Langer, John Daly, Freddie Couples and many more right in our own backyard. Tickets start at only $20. Also, children 18 & under are admitted free with a ticketed adult!
