     Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to

…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT FOR WESTERN CULLMAN COUNTY… At 744 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain was diminishing across Cullman County. However, up to three inches of rain have already fallen near Cullman, Smith Lake, and Hanceville, so the threat for flash flooding continues until 930 PM. Flash flooding is likely already underway. Some locations that will experience flooding include… Cullman, Hanceville, Good Hope, Dodge City, Smith Dam, Baldwin, Garden City, Colony, Phelan and Wilburn.
