     Southern Randolph County in east central Alabama…
     Northern Chambers County in east central Alabama…
     Clay County in east central Alabama…

* Until 100 AM CDT

* At 1054 PM CDT, local emergency management reported light to
     moderate rain continuing across the warned area. Three to six
     inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is already
     occurring. Some locations have receded while others have several
     feet of water problems ongoing.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
     Roanoke, Lineville, Ashland, Wedowee, Lake Wedowee, Stroud, Wadley,
     Red Level, Malone, Post Oak Forks, Barfield, Amity Park, Abanda,
     Standing Rock, Welch, Fredonia, Veasey Creek Park, Crystal Lake,
     Sparkling Springs and Dickert.
