NW Alabama Situation

Several rotating supercells continue tonight over Northwest Alabama.

We ave a low instability, high shear event, which can produce small quick spin up tornadoes.

It is impossible to communicate the individual warnings…so i will treat them as a block.

Tornado warnings are solid across…

…NE Marion, western Winston, western Walker and much of Fayette Counties.

The most dangerous storms are…
…between Belk and Fayette
…northeast of Fayette…moving toward Eldridge and Kansas in Walker County…
…east of Brilliant approaching Natural Bridge and Lynn…will eventually move to near Double Springs…

    Damage in Marion County – Reports are structure damage, power lines down on Thornhill Road and Hwy 129. No reports of injuries as of yet.
