Cherokee Rock Village

“These are pictures I took today (Friday) at Cherokee Rock Village at Sand Rock. This is the place by the way where they filmed one scene from the movie “Failure to Launch” starring Matthew McConahay. This is a beautiful place that God has made and especially in the fall. I thought you might enjoy them. I live in Leesburg which is right below the rocks and of course that is Weiss Lake in the photos. It is also a great place to camp and hike.”

What a beautiful place. I will have to hike there now.
Never have been there before, and while my children still
have to go where I take them, special places in Alabama
are where we go.
