Thanks to Abraham Mahmoud for these images… he writes:

“Hey Guys….I thought i would send you some pictures from my vacation this past summer in Jordan. I visited Petra and took some amazing pictures! It’s the latest wonder of the world and it is absolutely gorgeous, minus the heat. If you like you can show all the viewers on weather blog some! I suggest everyone should have a visit! Attached are some pictures…enjoy! These were taken from my Nokia N97 5MP phone.”

It really is amazing there! The walk was about 10km back and forth…and you can climb up the rocks at your own risk! They have camels, horses, and donkeys you may ride throughout it which is also neat. I also suggest visiting the Wadi Rum area, Aqaba, and Dead Sea. Wadi Rum is a desert with beautiful sites and the sunset there is awesome! I would have included it in the pictures but i had no more space to add it. Aqaba is the beach for the red sea that is in southern Jordan that is right across from Israel. And the Dead Sea itself it amazing…imagine floating on water! I had a great time with that haha
