  7. jason Says:

The cold air to the north may give snow for the short term, that will fizzle as the deeper moisture shifts south and east. East cental parts will get the most snow. Go visit Bull Gap Mountain in the morning. Hwy. 145 east out of Sylacauga. There will be good snow up there.

  8. firefighter Says:

Snowkayaker: I am refurbishing a house in altadena. Are you my next door neighbor?

This thing has really picked up speed and temps are not cooling fast enough to

Don’t give up on it just get guys…this happens every time it snows. Right before it starts, people start coming out of the woodworks to say remind us that it’s not happening. Remember – it’s not even supposed to start until after midnight!

  12. tuscsnow Says:

Still raining here…anybody starting to get concerned about icing in the morning?

  13. RussinAtl Says:

An Atlanta meteorologist just told us in Atlanta that the snow in MS. is diminishing and what that was in Alabama was a very cold rain and not hitting the ground. New computer models just came in and has the snow decreased significantly in the N. Ga. area. In other words….BUST-O-RAMA!
