Lamar County Tornado Damage

I took these images yesterday during an aerial tour of West Alabama in Airlink 33/40. A mother and her two children were in the trailer that was overturned and destroyed; they left the trailer after hearing the tornado warning and took cover in a nearby ravine. This quick action saved their lives! Included is a picture of the spot where they took cover.

All of this damage was just west of Vernon from a tornado rated EF2 by an NWS survey team.
