“Hi James,
The art teacher at Edgewood Elementary, JoAnn Brown, wanted me to send you
the attached photos. Each year during March we celebrate Youth Art Month
(YAM) by having a YAM Costume Contest. Students take sweet potatoes and
dress them up as a favorite character or personality. This year Regan
Snow, a 3rd grade student, won 3rd place with her YAM entry “James Spann
the Weather Yam.” We just wanted you to see your YAM!”
