Jennifer Rukavina, WPSD-TVTonight’s guest panelist is the Chief Meteorologist at the NBC affiliate in Paducah, KY, WPSD. She grew up in Canton, OH. She has her Masters degree from Mississippi State University. Our guest panelist is Jennifer Rukavina.

Ginger Brookover, authorOur guest WeatherBrain is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of West Virginia University with a B.A. and M.A. in communication studies. Ginger Brookover is a freelance landscape photographer and avid weather enthusiast. She is also a member of the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association, Brookover has served as a public school volunteer as science team leader. Her student team’s experiments have flown on NASA sub-orbital rocket launches at NASA Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. Student work was also accepted for flight on the space shuttle and a flight to the International Space Station. She lives with her family in West Virginia.
