Watch/Warning Update at 12:40 pm

Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Fayette, Greene, Hale, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama has been cancelled by the NWS in Birmingham. The Severe Thunderstorm Watch continues for Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Jefferson, Lowndes, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, and Tallapoosa counties until 6:00 PM CDT.

Also, the NWS in Huntsville has cancelled the Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued earlier for Cullman and Morgan counties.
