This week’s guest weather brain is Rachael Witter, chief meteorologist at WUTR-TV in Utica, NY, and developer of a new app called “Updraft”. Software engineer Aaron Nelsen joins us as well. “Updraft” is a version of the BUFKIT analysis tool that can be run on a tablet or phone.
