Strong Storms Late Tonight?

We notice that SPC has pulled the “slight risk” of severe weather into the northwest corner of Alabama for late tonight… mainly after midnight.

Thunderstorms ahead of an approaching cold front could bring the threat of strong, gusty winds, and some hail to the northwest part of Alabama during the pre-dawn hours tomorrow, but the threat is rather marginal.
