Phenomenal Fall Weather

| October 19, 2014 @ 2:28 pm

Another gorgeous fall day is underway across the state, and the weather does not get much better than this in Alabama. With only high cirrus clouds in the sky, we are seeing highs climb into the lower 70s. Looking across the Southeast, it is hard to find anything to complain about in the weather world. Hardly a cloud in the sky, temps in the 60s and 70s, and light winds out of the north, which are reinforcing the fall air mass in place. Absolutely beautiful weather!

If you like the weather this weekend, it will be continuing through the week ahead. Late tomorrow and into Tuesday, we will once again see another dry cold front move through the state, and it will once again provide another reinforcing shot of terrific fall weather. We could see some clouds with this front, but once again, no rain, and once the front moves through, look for sun-filled, blue sky, cool temps, low humidity and beautiful weather. Highs this week will be in the lower 70s, while those overnight lows will mostly be in the 40s with some 50s early in the week. It still looks as though we stay dry the rest of the month.
