Shower? Is That You?

We see something on the radar this afternoon that we haven’t seen in a while: showers.

They appeared over Northeast Alabama’s Cherokee and Cleburne Counties before 5 p.m. peaking quickly in intensity but quickly going downhill as they rain themselves out.

The showers formed in an area of higher moisture over that part of the state.
