A Few Showers & Storms
We are seeing a few showers and storms on the radar across Central Alabama this afternoon. These storms are not moving much, but there is a general movement towards the southwest. These storms are producing some heavy rainfall and a lot of lightning. They are pulsing up and and down in intensity, but severe storms are not expected today.
Through the rest of the afternoon, these showers and storms will continue to develop and should persist into the evening hours, before winding down after sunset.
