Quick Early Afternoon Radar Check

| November 7, 2015 @ 12:58 pm

The lull in the rain currently across the state is only temporary. As we look at the regional radar scan, there is a lot of rain to the west and unfortunately it is heading east. Through the afternoon, the rain will overspread the state and it looks to be a very wet day and evening across the state.

For the game in Tuscaloosa, the hi-resolution models continue to show rain for kick off at 7PM. As the game goes on, the rain is forecast to slowly decrease in intensity and still looks to be winding down by the end of the game. Along with the rain falling, the temps will continue to fall and it will be chilly and damp game with temperatures in the 50s.

Looking west to Texas, the Auburn/Texas A&M game is dealing with the rain as well. Rain is falling in College Station this afternoon, but there is a pretty decent chance the rain will be over by kickoff 6:30PM. It will be colder there as well, with temperatures falling through the 50s during the game.
