Four to six inches of rain has fallen across much of Cullman County. This is a life threatening flood situation. Please do not drive across the flood warning areas of North Alabama tonight!

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR…
CULLMAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ALABAMA…

* UNTIL 845 PM CST

* AT 513 PM CST…EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
ACROSS MUCH OF CULLMAN COUNTY. MANY ROADS ARE STILL COVERED BY
FAST FLOWING WATER. IN SEVERAL AREAS OF NORTHEASTERN CULLMAN
COUNTY…BRIDGES HAVE BEEN WASHED AWAY ENTIRELY. WHILE THE RAIN IS
NOT AS HEAVY AS EARLIER TODAY…FLOODING WILL CONTINUE WELL INTO
THE EVENING. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. IT IS HARDER
AT NIGHT TO RECOGNIZE IF A ROAD IS FLOODED!
