The Tornado Watch has been canceled for Bibb, Blount, Jefferson, and Perry counties, but has been extended for Shelby County until 6:00 am.

General Severe Weather Update At 4:40 AM
As of 4:40 am, the front edge of the line of storms have now reached the east and east-central parts of North/Central Alabama with the northern part of the line becoming weaker as we go through the early morning hours, but it is a different story for the southern parts of the line.
