New Tornado Warning for Bullock County Until 5:15 PM CST

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
Western Bullock County in southeastern Alabama…

* Until 515 PM CST

* At 410 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Linwood, or 9 miles north of Troy, moving
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include…
Union Springs, Franklin Field, Beans Crossroads, Shopton,
Sedgefield, High Ridge and Simsville.
