SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN CHILTON COUNTY UNTIL 1:30 PM CDT.

At 12:43 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Maplesville, or 11 miles southwest of Jemison, moving southeast at 15 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
