Strong Storms Affecting Pickens County

SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR PICKENS COUNTY UNTIL 1:45 PM CDT.

At 1:00 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Millport to near Bigbee Valley. Movement was east at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Gordo, Reform, Carrollton, Pickensville, Ethelsville, Johnston Lake, Dillburg, North Pickens Airport, McShan, Shaw, Owens, Pine Grove, Lubbub and Forest.
