2017 Central Alabama NWA Chapter Meteorology Scholarship Winner Announced
The Central Alabama National Weather Association Chapter is pleased to announce that they have chosen the recipient of our 2017 Meteorology Scholarship. His name is Aaron Ayers and he will be a junior this Fall at the University of South Alabama. Aaron lives in Huntsville, Alabama, and has served as past president of the meteorology club at USA and has interned at Baron Services in Huntsville. He wants to pursue a job in broadcast meteorology when he graduates from college.
We are glad to help Aaron pursue his passion for meteorology and look forward to meeting him in person at our chapter meeting next week!

Not only is Scott a member of the National Weather Association, but he is also the Central Alabama Chapter of the NWA president.
