Baldwin County 2017 Condo Sales Increase 11 Percent From 2016

Sales: According to the Baldwin County Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Baldwin County condo sales, which include condos along the Gulf Coast, totaled 113 units during December, a 13.1 percent decrease from December 2016’s 130 units sold. However, 2017 condo sales through December increased 11.2 percent from 2016. Two more resources to review: Quarterly Report and Annual Report.

For all of Baldwin County’s condo sales data, click here.Forecast: December sales were 29 units or 20.4 percent below the Alabama Center for Real Estate’s (ACRE) monthly forecast. ACRE’s 2017 sales forecast through December projected 1,708 closed transactions, while actual sales were 1,781 units.
