Strong Storms Affecting Montgomery County

At 2:52 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over western Montgomery, moving northeast at 50 mph. Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

NWS Birmingham has issued a Significant Weather Advisory until 3:15 PM for northern Montgomery County.

Montgomery, Pike Road, Hunter, Montgomery Zoo, Boylston, Hyundai Motors Of Alabama, Alabama State University, Auburn University In Montgomery, Hope Hull, Woodcrest, Dannelly Field, Mount Meigs, Eastdale Mall, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, Pinedale, Waugh, Lagoon Park, Gunter Air Force Base and Alabama State Capitol.
