Going back an sharing some notes from various sources from the last hour or so…

…Winter storm warning canceled for Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Pickens, Walker and Winston Counties…and the
Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for Greene, Sumter Counties…the advisories continue unchanged for the other previous counties.

…There will be lots of frozen slush and black ice on roads tonight and early Monday morning…so keep that in mind if you are driving.

SNOW REPORTS
…Auburn 1.5 inches
…Millbrook 2.5 inches
…Smith’s Station 3 inches
…Montgomery 1/2 inch
…Chelsea…Highland Lakes 2 inches…roads becoming snow covered

ROAD REPORTS
…hwy 280 between Opelika and Phenix City “becoming slushy”
…wreck on hwy 75 near the Jefferson County line

CLEARING
…Sun breaking through at Taylorsville in Tuscaloosa County…and clear skies in Northfork in Marion County.

The clearing line extends from Sumter County to Tuscaloosa to Jasper to Decatur…skies are clear near the Mississippi border.
