Dense Fog Advisory

Visibility is nearly zero this hour at the Crenshaw County Airport near Andalusia, one-quarter mile at Montgomery and one and a half miles at Troy.

…DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING…

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* VISIBILITY…less than one-half mile at times.

* IMPACTS…dense fog will reduce visibility causing hazardous
driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to a quarter mile or less. If driving, slow down, use
your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of
you.
