* At 710 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain of nearly 2.4 inches have fallen in Rainbow City in Etowah County over the past 2 hours due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Gadsden, Anniston, Oxford, Rainbow City, Attalla, Hokes Bluff, West
    End-Cobb Town, Cobb Town, Saks, Lincoln, Glencoe, Weaver, Ashville, Ragland, Munford, Ohatchee, Steele, Altoona, Hobson City and Walnut
