Severe Thunderstorm Watch Extended Southward, Includes Birmingham

The SPC and NWS Birmingham has extended the Severe Thunderstorm Watch southward to include Jefferson, Shelby, and Walker counties.

The Severe Thunderstorm Watch continues for Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Etowah, Randolph, St. Clair, Talladega, Winston, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan counties until 7:00 PM this evening.
