Severe Thunderstorm Watch Extended Southward Again

NWS Birmingham, in conjunction with the Storm Prediction Center, has extended the Severe Thunderstorm watch to now include Autauga, Barbour, Bullock, Chambers, Chilton, Coosa, Elmore, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Pike, Russell, and Tallapoosa counties, to go along with the other Central Alabama counties of Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Etowah, Jefferson, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Walker, Winston until 7:00 PM tonight.

NWS Huntsville continues the Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan counties until 7:00 PM.
