…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN MADISON…EASTERN
LIMESTONE…CULLMAN AND MORGAN COUNTIES UNTIL 130 PM CDT…
At 1246 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Trinity to 7 miles southwest
of Falkville to near Arkadelphia. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and heavy rainfall will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Southwestern Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Athens, Cullman,
Hartselle, Redstone Arsenal, Hanceville, Priceville and Good Hope.
