…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR WESTERN JACKSON AND NORTH CENTRAL
MARSHALL COUNTIES UNTIL 400 PM CDT…
At 327 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Woodville, or 10 miles west of Scottsboro, moving northeast at 35
mph.
Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with this storm, along
with heavy rainfall rates on the order of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
Locations impacted include…
Scottsboro, Hollywood, Grant, Skyline, Woodville, Pleasant Groves,
Hytop, Paint Rock, Lim Rock and Trenton.
