Subtropical Storm Melissa Forms: Will Weaken and Move Away from the U.S. East Coast

| October 11, 2019 @ 10:16 am

The change in status does not change the expected impacts from wind and coastal flooding along portions of the Mid-Atlantic coast and southeastern New England.

The storm should move away from the U.S. East Coast and weaken tonight.
