Strong Storms Affecting Tuscaloosa & Pickens Counties Once Again

At 1115 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Johnston Lake, or 7 miles southwest of Gordo, moving east at 60 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Northern Tuscaloosa, Northport, Gordo, Holt, Coker, Deerlick Creek
Campgrounds, Lake Lurleen State Park, Binion Creek Landing, Lake
Tuscaloosa, Lake Tuscaloosa Dam, Buhl, Flatwoods, Sexton Bend, Lake
Harris, Tierce Pattton Bridge, Lake Nicol, Kirk, Echola, Highway 69
Bridge and Lake Nicol Park.
