Strong Storms Now Affectings Parts Of Tuscaloosa, Pickens, Greene, Fayette, & Lamar Counties

Significant Weather Advisory issued for portions of Tuscaloosa, Pickens, Greene, Fayette, and Lamar counties until 11:30 am.

At 1042 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Kennedy to near Reform to near Cooksville. The movement was east at 40 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Fayette, Aliceville, Gordo, Reform, Millport, Carrollton, Coker, Kennedy, Union, Belk, McMullen, Bankston, Benevola, Johnston Lake, Lake Lurleen State Park, Garden, Ashcraft Corner, Mantua, Jena, and Cody.
