Slick Spots Being Reported; Beautiful Snow Scenes Coming In From North Alabama

| February 8, 2020 @ 8:27 am

Just a heads up, we are getting reports of some slick spots in Cherokee County on Leesburg Bridge and on Hwy 68 going from Leesburg to Sand Rock. Cedar Bluff Bridge also has some slick spots. Also, just received a report that most of the bridges are now becoming impassable and there has been a traffic accident on 411 South in Leesburg. The 68 Bypass in Centre is slick as well. Just take it easy if you’re out on the roadways in northeast Alabama. No other travel issues are being reported.

Here are just a few Tweets with images being sent in from the “Spann Army” across the northeastern parts of the state… I am just a little bit jealous by the way.
