Hoover [Jefferson Co, AL] public reports FLASH FLOOD at 12:46 PM CST — flood water across highway 31.

Vestavia Hills [Jefferson Co, AL] public reports FLASH FLOOD at 12:48 PM CST — flood water across roadways and near businesses.

Tuscaloosa [Tuscaloosa Co, AL] broadcast media reports FLOOD at 01:01 PM CST — areas of street flooding across the city of tuscaloosa, primarily in typical flood spots at this time.

So far, no flooding reports into the NWS Huntsville office on chat, but they are about to upgrade some areal flood warnings to flash flood warnings.
