First Tornado Watch Allowed To Expire; Second Watch Continues Until Midnight

The remaining counties in the tornado watch for North Alabama has been allowed to expire at 10:00 pm as the threat of organized severe storms have come to an end.

All of the Central Alabama counties that were in the first tornado watch were canceled at 9:41 pm tonight.

NWS Birmingham continues the tornado watch for Blount, Cherokee, and Etowah counties until midnight tonight.
