Tornado Emergency for the area just east of Monroe. Radar confirmed tornado on the ground.

At 11:48, just east of Monroe, there was a confirmed tornadic debris signature just north of I-20 east of Monroe and south of Swartz.

Also at 11:48, overturned vehciles I-20 @ US 165

And at 11:48: just southeast of Sterlington, wass the other confirmed tornado on the ground. Two tornadoes on the ground in Ouachita Parish based of NSW Shreveport tornadic debris signatures.

At 11:49: tornado Visually spotted 1-20 165 by amateur trained stormed spotter.

NORTHEASTERN OUACHITA PARISH…

AT 1142 AM CDT, A CONFIRMED LARGE AND DESTRUCTIVE TORNADO WAS LOCATED
OVER MONROE, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

TORNADO EMERGENCY FOR MONROE AND NORTHEAST OUACHITA PARISH!

THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD…DEADLY TORNADO.
