The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Western Greene County in west central Alabama…
Northwestern Sumter County in west central Alabama…

* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 500 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Gainesville,
or 10 miles north of Livingston, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Livingston, Eutaw, Boligee, Gainesville, Epes, Emelle, New West
Greene, Allison, West Greene, Warsaw, New Mount Hebron,
Sumterville, Clinton, Pleasant Ridge, Five Points Intersection and
I 20 Rest Area Near Eutaw.
