The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northwestern Walker County in central Alabama…
Northeastern Fayette County in west central Alabama…

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 723 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Eldridge, or
7 miles southwest of Carbon Hill, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Jasper, Carbon Hill, Glen Allen, Kansas, Nauvoo, Eldridge,
Bazemore, Cedrum Area, Fowlers Crossroads, Holly Grove, Lupton,
Gamble, Townley and Walker County Airport.
