The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southwestern Elmore County in east central Alabama…
Northwestern Montgomery County in south central Alabama…

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 236 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Boylston, or
near Millbrook, moving southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Coosada, Hunter, Montgomery Zoo,
Boylston, Alabama State University, Bob Woodruff Lake, Eastdale
Mall, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, Lagoon
Park, Gunter Air Force Base, Alabama State Capitol, Blue Ridge,
Tallapoosa Water Plant and Wetumpka Municipal Airport.
