Hurricane Gust at Mobile; Strong Winds Moving Northeast with Eyewall

Winds just gusted to 72 mph at Brookley Field in Mobile at 5:02 a.m. and 77 mph at Mobile Regional at 5:26 a.m.

The intense winds of the eyewall are moving across Central Baldwin County now, passing Robertsdalee, approaching Daphne and Pensacola.

The intense winds will move through northern Baldwin County, and through Escambia County, Florida, including Pensacola.

Strong winds will move into southern Alabama around Atmore and Brewton later this morning. It will weaken some by then, but will still cause tremendous tree damage.
