Epsilon Becomes 4th Major Hurricane of the Year

Air Force reconnaissance found that Hurricane Epsilon has top winds of 115 mph, making it a category 3 storm.

It is the fourth major hurricane of the season and the second major in October.

Epsilon is forecast to pass 200 miles east of the island of Bermuda on Thursday. Top winds on the island are expected to run 30-40 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
